32,6% of EPS recycled and growing
According to the latest Conversio report, in Europe 32,6% of EPS packaging waste was recycled in 2017. This rate has grown in the last few years but we want to do more.
So, we promote the recycling of EPS, we work on the improvement of the EPS® recycling infrastructure throughout Europe and we get involved whenever promising new technologies arise. And we participate in the dialogue with European initiatives on recycling. Because we believe that recycling is one of the key aspects for turning into a sustainable society, and because we strongly support the European Green Deal towards a Circular Economy.
